Joyce Gaulke
Food Service Director
Ms. Gaulke is the Food Service Director for the School District of Westfield. Previously, she served as Assistant Food Service Manager for the Wausau School District. Ms. Gaulke completed the week long training held by the National Food Service Management Institute "Orientation to Child Nutrition Management." Ms. Gaulke has completed the following DPI courses: Marketing Your Program, HACCP, Recipe Analysis, Free and Reduced Price Meal Process, Nutrient Analysis for Schools, Food Safety, Menu and Production Planning, Recognize and Respond to Food Allergies in Children, and many more.
