WESTFIELD SUMMER STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM
* We will be running 4 sessions each morning through the month of July.
Sessions: 6:30, 7:30, 8:30, 9:30
**We have broken the program/workouts into 3 different phases to create a program to fit all student/athletes.
Phase 1 (White): This phase will focus on technique and form. The athletes will do 50% of the repetitions the workout calls for.
Phase 2 (Purple): This phase will be for kids who can continuously do the movements with correct form. They will complete 75% of what the original workout calls for.
Phase 3 (Gold): This phase will be exactly what the workout calls for.
The students can choose/pick a phase based on experience and current fitness level. If students took SST second semester, they would be ready for phase 3 at the start of summer.
