Regular monthly meetings shall normally be held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month unless otherwise agreed upon in advance by the Board.  Meetings begin at 7:00 pm and are generally held in the board meeting room B121 of Westfield Area High School at N7046 County Road M, Westfield, WI  53964, unless otherwise noted.  Special board meetings may be called by the Board from time-to-time when Board business requires it. 

Regular school board meeting agendas are posted in the Marquette County Tribune.  Since there is not a daily newspaper in the School District of Westfield Board of Education meetings (regular and special) are duly posted in the local banks (Coloma, Oxford, Neshkoro, and Westfield) and also on the District Office bulletin board and the district website.
