Welcome to our website. Westfield Elementary School is a small, rural elementary school opened in 1965, that houses 4K-sixth grades. We currently have about 356 students in our building. Our student academic progress is our priority. However, we pride ourselves on development of the whole child together with parents and community members to prepare these students to be productive members of society.
Our staff continuously monitors student's progress in each academic area We provide additional interventions to students below or above grade level. Interventions for struggling students include modifications and/or additional time with our Title 1 teacher. Interventions for gifted students include modifications in the classroom.
We are pleased to be able to provide other opportunities to students at our school including a large playground, peer helpers, after school programming, dress-up days, and many other fabulous activities.
