The Westfield Area Marching Pioneers performed in the annual WoZhaWa Days parade
in downtown Wisconsin Dells on Sunday, September 14th in front of an enthusiastic crowd
of thousands. The band is under the direction of Dr. Dan Steward, with Drum Majors Matt Alcorta and Carmen Hendee and Color Guard Co-Captains Ari Klitzke and Ella Carroll. The band performed "March of the Resistance" by John Williams as featured in Star Wars: A Force Awakens. The band was joined by special guest Petey Pioneer, as played by senior Gavin Vossekuil and 7th graders Lyndi Meyer, Harper Patten, Tia Rugg, and Aubri Hell as the banner carriers.
