Returning Student Verification of Registration
We are pleased to offer Online Verification of Registration for parents of returning students to the School District of Westfield. You will find this to be an easy process you can complete at your convenience from your own home or anywhere you have internet access. As the parent of returning students you will need to update information and complete forms online through Skyward Family Access. The Online Registration will be available August 1st. All families are required to complete the Returning Student Online Registration prior to September 1st.

Reviewing and Approving the Digital Agreement
Reviewing and Approving the Rules of Conduct for all Bus Riders
Verifying the Student Medical Information
Updating the Health Care Plan
Reviewing and Applying for the Food Service Application
Please Note: Only the parent listed first in Skyward Family Access will have rights to complete the Returning Student Registration and/or make changes. This is by design in our student information system.
If you need assistance, do not have access to the internet, or do not know your Family Access login and password please contact your child’s school office and they will assist you. In person registration help is available on Tuesday, August 12th from 11 am - 7 pm at the Ethel Everhard Library in Westfield. (all school offices are still closed due to construction) Computers will be provided.
