WES 4th and 4K Reading

In a fusion of creativity and community spirit, Mrs. Francis's fourth-grade students prepared for Halloween through an engaging reading project.  The students dove into a variety of Halloween-themed books, immersing themselves in tales of friendly ghosts, mischievous monsters, and spine-tingling adventures.  To celebrate their hard work and love for reading, the fourth graders organized a special event with the younger 4K students from Mrs. Yenter's class and spent 30 minutes sharing the stories they grew to love and getting to know the younger students in our school.  The experience not only fostered a love for reading among the younger students but also built a sense of community and mentorship.  The collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for literature in Mrs. Francis' class shines brightly, proving that reading can be both fun and rewarding!
