Pioneer Boys Basketball get gritty, gutsy win over the Green Devils on Alumni Night!! #PioneerProud

A group of 4th & 5th grade students participated in the districts spelling bee. These students were selected based on their performance in their classroom spelling bees earlier this month. The top 5 students are moving onto the Regional Spelling Bee at Portage High School on January 28.

Due to the continued forecast of extremely cold temperatures and potentially unsafe conditions for student transportation: All afterschool activities scheduled for Monday, January 20, are canceled. School and all afterschool activities are canceled for Tuesday, January 21.

Tickets are on sale for the third annual Murder Mystery Dinner, "Dinner's in the Heir"! This show will feature TWO performances- one on Saturday, February 8th at 6:30 PM and one on Saturday, February 15th at 6:30 PM. We will begin appetizers and mocktails at 6:00 PM, and dinner will begin at 6:30 PM. During the three course dinner, patrons will be entertained by band and choir students performing their solo and ensemble selections, short drama scenes, and forensics students performing their pieces. Immediately after dinner, the main show, "Murder's in the Heir" will be held in the auditorium, and will feature art from students at Westfield Area High School. Tickets are $15 for students in grades K-12 and $20 for adults. Tables are able to hold up to 8 guests, and there is limited seating for these performances. Ticket pricing includes appetizers, a three course dinner, and access to the main stage show. Mocktails, Seroogy's/Vandewalles candy, and 50/50 raffle tickets will also be available for purchase. All proceeds from the show go towards supporting future musical performances, creating scholarships for students in the drama department, and ensuring that students are able to participate in the musicals at zero cost. Both the Girls and Boys Wrestling Teams had great days on the Mats! Girls finished 5th out of 18 teams with 2 Champions and another podium finisher. Boys took 5th out of 22 teams with two runners ups a third place finish and many other good results. Congrats to all!!

Congrats to Lincoln Beyer who just recorded his 100th career win with a Tech Fall in the Quarterfinals at the Waukesha South Tournament! Great Accomplishment Lincoln we are #PioneerProud of you!

Boys Basketball comes away with conference win at Mauston!!

The Westfield High School Counselors organized another successful College Goal Event on January 8th for current seniors. College Goal is a FAFSA completion workshop available to students in our district and surrounding communities. Students become eligible to win a $1,000 scholarship simply by attending the event and completing the FAFSA that night! The FAFSA can be a confusing and stressful process for seniors who are taking the next steps in their post-secondary education. College Goal has helped to alleviate that stress by bringing together financial aid specialists and volunteers who can guide families as they complete the process. #Pioneers

Congrats to our Lady Pioneer Basketball team on breaking into the Top 10 D4 rankings this week with their 11-2 record and impressive win last night!! #PioneerProud

It was a Great Night to be a Pioneer!!! Both our boys and girls basketball teams made us #PioneerProud with big victories over top tier opponents! Boys knocked off #9 ranked Almond-Bancroft and the Girls roll easy over now 10-2 Pardeeville!
