Biology students learned about science careers in forestry, agronomy, conservation, and food science from local guest speakers. Westfield High School Band Shows Pioneer Spirit
The Westfield Area High School Pep Band brought the Pioneer Spirit to "Camo Night" for the Varsity football game on September 26th and the "Pink Out" charity night for the Varsity volleyball match on October 2nd. The Westfield High School band members displayed great enthusiasm, camaraderie, and support for their school and our student athletes.

Meet Bradyn! He is a sophomore at Westfield, and Mamma Mia! This his first full musical — and he couldn’t be more excited to be part of it. He’s performing as a featured dancer and vocalist, and is also the understudy for Harry. In the past, he’s had a blast playing Gene Culpepper in Murders in the Heir and Hans of the Southern Isles in The Magic of Frozen. Outside of the theater, Bradyn enjoys ballroom dancing, basketball, golfing, and diving into his passion for law. He’s a member of Westfield’s Mock Trial team, which made it to the state competition last year. Bradyn wants to give a huge shout out to the amazing Mamma Mia! cast — working with such a talented, supportive group has made this experience unforgettable. He hopes you enjoy the show as much as they’ve all loved putting it together! Finally, his favorite Abba song is Our Last Summer! GAMEDAY!!! Pioneer Volleyball hosts Berlin tonight for their Pink Out Night!! Come out and support the girls as well as Budda Box against Cancer for Marquette County!! We will have a basket raffle and also being doing a miracle minute donation after the first set of the varsity match with all proceeds going to the Budda Box! We hope to see you there and Go Pioneers!!
Meet Ariella! She is a senior this year at Westfield Area High school. She plays as Sophie in this year's production of Mamma Mia! As this is her last show, she is extremely honored to be playing one of her dream roles in one of her favorite musicals.
Outside of the musical she likes to stay involved in her school! She enjoys playing volleyball, softball, and managing the boys basketball team. As well as being a part of band, choir, student council, captain of color guard, NHS, and forensics. If she is not doing any of these activities she finds solace in a good book or beautiful place in nature. When asked what her favorite Abba song is, she answered, "Thank You for the Music"! She would like to thank her family for supporting her endeavors all these years, her friends for always showing up, and this cast for making this show so fun to be a part of. She admires the dedication each member has given to the show. Also a shout out to Mrs. Trewin for bringing this production to life and making a few people's dreams come true!
