Last Monday, we celebrated Child Development Day and 4K Registration at the Multipurpose Building, bringing together our youngest learners aged 2.5 to 4 years old and their families for a day of early childhood education and development.
The day featured vision and hearing screenings, ensuring the sensory health of our children. Families connected with district educators, speech therapists, and 4K teachers, forming essential partnerships for their child's growth. Each child received a goodie bag, symbolizing community support.
Parents met their child's future 4K teacher, gaining insight into upcoming programming. Community agencies joined in, highlighting the collaborative effort in nurturing our children's development. As we reflect on this day, we emphasize the importance of investing in our children's early years. We extend our gratitude to all who contributed and reaffirm our commitment to every child's growth and development.
Here's to a bright future for our youngest learners!
If you were not able to attend, but would like to register your child for 4K, with a start date of 9/2/2025, please email Erin Stampfl at erin.stampfl@westfieldpioneers.org.
